Update

I wish I could say that I had done well.
I really haven't.  I did lose some weight.
I think overall I'm doing better at not eating processed food, but I want to do a lot better.
So I will keep trying.

Update... what happened and what I am doing

Unfortunately since that post I gained most of the weight back.
However, I am finally ready to start again.
This time, I am not going to do a diet, but instead start cutting out processed foods.
My goal is to eliminate processed foods by the end of 2014.
I probably will never do this 100% but I am planning on getting as much processed foods out of my way of eating as possible.
